This week has been another hectic week. Helping my family prepare to move has been crazy. I’ve never realized how much work there is involved with moving…probably because I always just leave my stuff with my family when I move and only take the necessities. I don’t think I’ve done as much lifting in my life as in this past week. And there’s definitely more to come. I was only able to fit in 1 day of 10 minute trainer this week but the heavy duty work from dawn to the early morning hours does more than fulfill my daily exercise regimen. Surprisingly, I’ve actually lost weight…not very much but every little bit counts. Now, I just have to stay on top of my eating habits and continue to work and try to sneak in a bit of 10 minute trainer when I have a chance!
So, sadly, I seem to have fallen behind with 10 minute trainer but am making it up with all the lifting and physical work I’ve been doing this week. I’m taking a partial day off tomorrow to play a round of 18…of course, that’s a lot of exercise too. No golf carts! Pure walking and carrying my heavy golf bag. Let’s try to keep up and look forward to next week’s weight loss Wednesday!
